The board of Arcadia Health Care commands the skills and experience to direct the successful development and operation of the enterprise as it grows into Australia’s leading provider of sub acute hospital care. The Board functions as a partnership, each partner contributing their specialised knowledge in property development, capital management and hospital design and operations.

David Vaux

CHAIRMAN

Founding Chairman and shareholder of GenesisCare, Australia largest provider of Radiation Oncology, Cardiology and Sleep treatments. GenesisCare has recently expanded internationally by acquiring the largest private provider of radiation oncology services in the UK. Enterprise value has grown from $45m to over $1billion.

Former CEO of DCA Group. Under David’s leadership DCA became the largest private provider of Aged Care and Radiology services in Australia. DCA was capitalised at $50m in 1998 and acquired for $2.7bn in 2006.

Dr. Harry Pannu

MANAGING DIRECTOR & CEO

Dr. Pannu is responsible for the day-to-day management of operations and business development at Arcadia.

A Physician with 20 years clinical and managerial experience, Dr. Pannu formerly held senior roles including Director of hospitals, Medical Director, Director of business development and Innovation, and Corporate Director.

In his role as Corporate Director Dr Pannu provided management and oversight of 11 hospitals. Dr Pannu was responsible for the strategy, business acquisitions, transformation, growth and restructuring of the hospitals, successfully doubling the enterprise value in 3 years.

Dr Pannu is the also the Founder, CEO and MD of Matilda Health Care.

Wayne Sammut

DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

With over 20 years experience in the property industry gained from the successful management and delivery of large large-scale developments across NSW, Victoria, Queensland and the United Kingdom. Having worked for both listed and unlisted industry leading developers such as Payce, Thakral, Walker Corporation and Lend Lease.

Kate Silver

CORPORATE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Our hospital team will be led by Kate Silver. Kate studied Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney and on graduating she has worked in both the Public and Private Hospital sectors in Sydney and the United Kingdom. Kate has recently completed her Masters of Health Management and brings a wealth of clinical and managerial experience to her role with us here at Arcadia Healthcare.
